35 North Moore is a 4,100 sq ft loft on three floors. Before the renovation, the loft was in its original "warehouse" state with exposed plumbing and sprinkler pipes, a very tired look, and a 20 ft high mezzanine floor that was underutilized. The loft was gut renovated for a modern and dramatic aesthetic while the floor plan was tweaked for comfortable family living.
